Shipping policy
When your product ships, we’ll send you a confirmation with your order tracking number. If you’re on vacation or not available to accept the shipment, once delivered it becomes your responsibility. Country’s Barbecue is not responsible for merchandise that’s lost or stolen after delivery. Please use a shipping address where your package can be safely received. We’re happy to ship your order to any address to ensure safe delivery. We understand shipping can be costly, so we’ll always try to help you save where we can. FREE AND FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Free and Flat Rate Shipping applies to the continental United States only. Orders to HI, AK, or Puerto Rico may require additional shipping charges. We offer free standard ground shipping on rubs, sauces, and some accessory orders totaling $100 or more within the contiguous United States, weighing 39lb or under. Free Shipping may not be valid with other discounts.
SHIPPING RATES
All orders will be shipped via Federal Express. At this time we only offer ground shipping method. Typically, orders placed by 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will process and ship on the same day. Orders placed after that period will process and ship on the next business day. Due to seasonal increases in shipping volume, we will do our best to ensure that your merchandise is shipped no later than the next (and usually the same) business day. A backorder notification will be sent on any item that is not in stock. Country’s Barbecue is not responsible for weather or volume-related delays due to carrier delivery issues.
PICK-UP LOCATIONS
Country’s Barbecue offers pick-up at our restaurants. You can pick up your order at any of our locations listed below. We are open 7 days a week from 11 AM to 10 PM. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Your order will be ready for pick-up or can be loaded into your car if that’s your preference. Just call us to confirm or if you have any questions!
