Whether it’s a rehearsal dinner, business luncheon, or a family reunion, we’ve got the know-how and the barbecue to make your event unforgettable. From picking up perfectly prepared trays of our famous barbecue to full-service catering where we bring the whole shebang to your door, we’ve got options to fit your needs. Our only rule? “If we can wear jeans to it, we’ll cater it!”

  • Food Trays – Easy Pickup, Great Taste!

    Sometimes you just need good food, fast and easy. That’s where our Food Tray option comes in. Swing by Country’s, and we’ll have trays of our mouth-watering barbecue and sides packed up and ready for your event. Perfect for office lunches, small gatherings, or any time you want to serve our BBQ your way. With generous portions of our famous smoked meats and scratch-made sides, your guests will be lining up for seconds.

    Includes sliced beef, sliced ham, fried chicken, barbecue chicken, pickles, tater salad, Cole slaw, barbecue onions, and sauce.

    🍴Combo Tray
    Includes fried chicken fingers, backfire wings, barbecue ribs, assorted sandwiches, and special sauces.

    🍴Fried Chicken Finger Tray
    Fresh chicken tenders dipped in buttermilk, then tossed in seasoned flour and fried in peanut oil. Comes with your choice of dipping sauces.

    🍴Rib Tray
    Includes up to 40 of our famous Ribs we’ve been cooking’ for over 30 years. We cut’em in half and put them on a tray for you to enjoy as finger food-you will need a napkin!

  • Quick Cater – Pick It Up, Serve It Up!

    Our Quick Cater packages are the perfect middle ground when you want a little more than trays but don’t need the whole catering crew on-site. Your meal comes packed in containers that keep everything at the perfect temperature, complete with all the serving utensils you need. We handle the food; you handle the fun! No need to return anything—just pop the top, serve, and enjoy.


    • Standard Quick & Easy Cater ($245 + tax)

    Chopped pork, Brunswick stew, potato salad, coleslaw, light bread, tea, ice, pickles, onions, and three sauces. Feeds around 20 or more folks. Dessert available with pies or banana pudding pans for an extra charge.

    • Holiday Quick & Easy Cater ($325 + tax)

    Smoked turkey, ham, sweet potato soufflés, your choice of collards or butter beans, dressing, rolls, and gravy. Feeds around 20 folks.

    Let our experienced crew and slow-cooked barbecue make your event a memorable one—whether you’re hosting a small gathering or a big celebration. We’ve catered for folks like AFLAC, TSYS, Charbroil, and even the City of Columbus, so you know you’re in good hands!


    Standard Full Cater

    Our standard catering includes all-you-care-to-eat barbecue, Brunswick stew, potato salad, coleslaw, pickles & onions, iced tea, barbecue sauces, bread, plates, napkins, and utensils. Perfect for feeding a hungry crowd!

    If it can be grilled, we can cater it! From aged T-bones cooked on our portable show grills to fresh salmon, hot dogs, and burgers, we’ll bring the grillin’ goodness to your event.


    Holiday Catering

    When the holidays roll around, we’ve got you covered. Our holiday catering comes with smoked turkey, ham, made-from-scratch sweet potato soufflés, dressing, your choice of collards or butter beans, gravy, rolls, and tea. $14.95 per person.


    Whole Hog
